Criminal Convictions: If you have been convicted of a crime, please be advised that Lyon’s Pub will not hire you if it determines that your criminal conviction history disqualifies you from the position for which you have applied. “Criminal conviction history’ means the crimes that you have been convicted of committing, the nature of the underlying criminal conduct, the dates of the convictions, the relationships of each of the convictions to the job for which you have applied, and other relevant factors, which may include evidence of rehabilitation. “Convictions” includes guilty pleas, and pleas of “no contest” or “nolo contender.” However, you are NOT being asked to disclose your criminal conviction history at this time. You will be required to disclose convictions when you are interviewed or conditionally offered employment.

Instead, the Company will consider the nature and severity of the offense(s); when the offenses occurred; the nature of the position for which you are applying; and other relevant factors known to the Company, which may include evidence of rehabilitation.)
Important Certification by You: I certify the information given by me on this application and during the interview and hiring process is true and complete in all respects. I understand that my misrepresentation or omission of any facts on the application or during the interview or hiring process may result in Lyon’s Pub not hiring me or, if I have already been hired, terminating my employment.
I understand that, if Lyon’s Pub does hire me, my employment shall be “at will,” meaning either I or Lyon’s Pub may terminate my employment at any time, for any reason, or no reason, and without prior notice. In addition, if Lyon’s Pub does hire me, I agree to comply with all of Lyon’s Pub policies and procedures (as amended from time to time) and to perform my duties to the best of my ability. Lyon’s Pub policies and procedures including, employment-at-will, can not be modified in any way without express written intent to do so signed by the President of the organization.
I understand that an offer of employment is contingent on my providing sufficient documentation necessary to establish my identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
I understand and agree that Lyon’s Pub or an outside consumer reporting agency may investigate my background, including without limitation the information that I have provided on the application. I further understand that the investigation may include information obtained through personal interviews regarding my character, general reputation, personal characteristics or mode of living.
If such a report is prepared by such an agency, I may make a written request to the reporting agency asking for additional information from it about the nature and scope of the report.
I am not aware of any legal restraint that would prohibit me from working at Lyon’s Pub.
