In-house, slow-braised seasoned pork shoulder, served on a toasted onion bun with frizzled onions and Swiss cheese.

Yeah … we steal recipes like everyone else, but not our BBQ sauce. Try our slow-braised pork teamed with our housemade BBQ sauce, served on a bakery fresh toasted onion bun.
